"Comparison is the thief of joy."  - Theodore Roosevelt   Who do you most frequently compare yourself to? Models? Celebrities? Friends? Enemies?   What about yourself? I compare myself the most to my past self. Even though I have had plenty of bad times throughout my past, I seem to constantly be comparing myself now to myself from the past. Does that make sense? Do you consider yourself an anxious person? I definitely do.  Most days I feel crippling anxiety just about every second of each 24-hour day. But, what's funny to me is that most of the things that people are anxious about - I am not.
